Let me count the ways..........

It has been quite exciting finally getting a license to do what I love to do anyway, sell homes and make people happy. Buyer's & Seller's should know it is a really smart move in seeking a new agent to service their needs, these agents are excited, motivated and newly educated in the real estate market.




Oh yes our seasoned agents are great too, we know this, but sometimes the motivation is lacking, and if seasoned agents have not kept themselves updated with market trends it may not be to your best advantage. So don't count the new agents out, it's like seeking a doctor, many times that new doctor has learned new and more knowledgeable ways of helping to cure a patient.



I am really educating myself in rentals, which by the way are way hot right now, many future buyers are being cautious with their spending, I have even met some couples who have decided to double up with a friend or relative and rent their property out to save money. But what's even better is once this market has shaped herself up a bit, those couples plan on buying new homes, and will continue to rent out their old home they traded off for financial security for the future.
